Under the peak of Medenica on Mount Bistra, Macedonia, there is a bee that collects nectar at an altitude of 1680 meters above the sea. In this remote location, our bee colonies can be found. They endure not to prove that the impossible can be delivered, but because it is the only way to create this unique honey. This is a honey that carries the strength and DNA of thousands of endemic mountain plants as well as our unique Macedonian bees. It is our privilege to present you with this untouched, natural treasure.

WHY MELIUS?
MELIUS is a unique honey obtained from bee colonies cultivated on the vast slopes of Mount Bistra where indigenous and endemic honey plants 'reign.' In these untouched, yet harsh conditions, bee colonies are managed in a manner that allows continuous monitoring of their condition (development, health status, production, etc.) with minimal disturbance.
The breeding technology at Gold Bricks is the result of patient experience and testing conducted by our beekeeping team. It is primarily based on the most modern and advanced beekeeping approaches of producing honey, and other bee products. The bees are kept healthy and productive solely through the use of advanced biotechnical methods. This means no widely used synthetic chemical agents and additives for health protection and feeding.
