Obtained at an altitude of 1680 meters, MELIUS VIRGIN HONEY comes from the untouched nature of Mavrovo National Park, which is one of the reasons for its superior quality and safety. Here, in the heart of Bistra, the nectar and pollen from the flowers of at least 27 local and endemic species of honey plants make this bee product rare and available only to a few.

The honey predominantly comes from Paliurus spina-christi or Jerusalem thorn from the hills along the rivers Pčinja and Vardar, which are characterized by exceptional biological diversity typical of protected areas. In these botanical reserves, Gold Bricks’ bee families are raised according to good beekeeping practices, primarily through the use of biotechnical methods as a modern alternative to synthetic chemical agents.
