Honey with a unique aroma, taste, and quality from the slopes of Medenitsa, where just below the celestial vault, the bees create this endemic cocktail of nectar and pollen. Obtained at an altitude of 1680 meters, MELIUS VIRGIN HONEY comes from the untouched nature of Mavrovo National Park, which is one of the reasons for its superior quality and safety. Here, in the heart of Bistra, the nectar and pollen from the flowers of at least 27 local and endemic species of honey plants make this bee product rare and available only to a few.

Is a combination of honey and pollen with a wide botanical spectrum. The pollen, mechanically mixed into MELIUS honey, represents an additional excellent source of carbohydrates, proteins, essential fatty acids, fats, vitamins, minerals, and other biogenic substances. MELIUS pollen is known for its local and endemic botanical and geographical origin and is obtained using special pollen traps at the hive entrances. In this way, fresh pollen is regularly collected, classified, and hygienically stored to maximize the retention of its original biostimulatory properties.”
